There are currently 36 LEED for Homes Provider organizations located in most of the leading U.S. housing markets. Providers are responsible for working with eligible LEED for Homes projects and administering a team of Green Raters who, together with the Provider organizations, verify that homes are built to meet the rigorous requirements of the LEED for Homes Rating System.
Builders or Developers interested in participating in the LEED for Homes certification program must contact a LEED for Homes Provider organization. If there is no Provider in your area, please feel free to contact a geographically proximate Provider or any other Provider listed on our website. USGBC will be selecting new Providers as needed as the LEED for Homes certification program continues to grow.
