About LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance
The LEED for Existing Buildings Certification System was designed to help building owners and operators measure the performance of their buildings' operations, improvements and maintenance on a consistent scale, with the goal of high performance – maximizing operational service and efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts. The certification system addresses whole-building energy and water use, indoor comfort and air quality, purchasing activity, cleaning and maintenance issues (including chemical use), recycling programs, and exterior maintenance programs. This webinar series will feature project case studies highlighting lessons learned from LEED implementation.
