  • 2012 Affordable Green Neighborhoods Grant Program Launched
    USGBC and Bank of America launch the second round of the Affordable Green Neighborhoods Grant Program. Projects pursuing LEED-ND that include an affordable housing component are eligible to apply. Applications accepted through August 10, 2012.   • LEED for Neighborhood Development Honored!
    On November 10, the Renewable Natural Resources Foundation (RNRF) awarded the LEED for Neighborhood Development rating system with its Outstanding Achievement Award for 2011. More information
  • LEED for Homes Registration Discount
    Registered LEED for Neighborhood Development projects, located in the United States, are eligible to receive a 10% discount on LEED for Homes registration fees for any units located in and part of your LEED-ND project. For more information, visit www.usgbc.org/homes.
