Generation Green: What are YOU doing to redefine our future?
As Greenbuild returns to Chicago, a true next-generation city, the theme of this year's show is "Generation Green: Redefining Our Future." Generation Green is not an age group. It’s not about politics or personality, demographics or geography. It’s all of us. You are Generation Green, and we want to know: What are you doing to redefine our future?
Already, dozens of your colleagues in the Greenbuild community have shown the creative, meaningful, transformational and just-plain-fun ways they are working toward redefining an economically, environmentally and socially prosperous future. Spend some time browsing their videos, and be sure to submit your own. Our community thrives because of your passion for good ideas – and your commitment to sharing them. Kick off the Greenbuild conversation early this year: Claim your place as part of Generation Green. Your video may even make an appearance on the Greenbuild stage this year!

Green building is global:
Join us for the International Forum
If you attended Greenbuild 2009 in Phoenix, you know that Generation Green knows no national boundaries. Leaders from green building councils from every continent joined us at the Opening Keynote & Celebration, and the message was clear: The world is building green.
On Nov. 16, the 2010 Greenbuild International Forum will bring together international green building leaders from around the globe for an exciting day of education, networking and inspiration. This fully programmed day will feature internationally focused education sessions addressing diverse green building topics. For the first time ever, the program will be expanded to include interactive breakout sessions, an engaging afternoon networking break and CEU credits for educational sessions.

Calling all producers, directors and writers!
Greenbuild Film Festival
Submit your work for screening at the fourth Annual Greenbuild International Film Festival.
In keeping with this year's conference theme, "Generation Green: Redefining Our Future," we are seeking submissions including documentaries, films and informational videos that promote innovative green building practices and address social, environmental and health topics related to the built environment. Last year's film festival showcased the breadth and variety that makes the green building community so exciting to be a part of, with films ranging from "Earth Days," a visually stunning collection of personal testimonies and rare archival footage documenting the early days of the environmental movement, to "Sustainable Northern Shelter: Anaktuvuk Pass," which follows the process of melding traditional design with modern breakthroughs to develop sustainable housing in northern Alaska.
Submissions will be accepted exclusively online through Friday, July 30, at 5 p.m. PT.
