Webinar Subscription: Online Learning Just Got Easier
USGBC's vision of green buildings for everyone depends on accessible, quality education that ensures professionals throughout the industry are highly trained and knowledgeable. And now, we've increased the accessibility of USGBC's online LEED and green building education with the new webinar subscription option.
Imagine a program that would allow your organization's audiences the chance to complete their LEED Professional Credential maintenance requirements for dollars a head. A 2010-2011 subscription to USGBC's webinars offers that opportunity to all USGBC member companies, USGBC chapters and institutions of higher education.
» Introductory offer – one week only: Save 10% off your organization's webinar subscription if you subscribe by 5 p.m. ET Sept. 30! Enter the promo code FALLINTRO at checkout.
Under the webinar subscription, you may offer your audiences access to over 30 archived webinars currently in our library of offerings. In addition, throughout 2010 and 2011, USGBC will add two to three webinars each month to this library. These webinars focus on innovation and best practices in sustainable building and LEED, and feature instruction by project managers and subject matter experts.
USGBC member organizations that subscribe to USGBC's webinars may use their subscriptions to grant access to any of their employees as well as individuals actively engaged in their LEED project teams.
Chapters can leverage their subscriptions to host educational events that they open to the public.
- Higher-education institutions with subscriptions can share USGBC's webinars with their employees and with currently enrolled students, either through individual access or as part of in-class instruction.
And if attendees participate in a chapter-hosted webinar event or successfully complete an online quiz after viewing a webinar independently, they will receive a certificate of completion and can earn AIA/CES, AICP, CSI and GBCI CE hours – including LEED-specific hours, a CMP requirement for all LEED APs and Green Associates.
