Published on Written by Posted in Community

Warm your winter day by marking your calendar for this summer’s Convergence, scheduled for June 20–23 in sunny Jacksonville, Florida.

Convergence is USGBC’s annual family reunion, bringing together our global network of highly engaged leaders focused on advancing the green building mission. The theme is “Building Leaders. Building Markets. Measuring Mission Impact.”

Highlights of Convergence include market updates, volunteer training, the USGBC Volunteer Celebration Dinner and Community Sustainability Projects for the Jacksonville community. At the 2015 Convergence, we talked about integrated communities and took part in other volunteer projects.

Although any interested community member is invited to attend, USGBC will cover conference and travel expenses for one leader from each integrated community, as well as 50 total ADVANCE Ambassadors.

Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, Feb. 12. Registration for paying attendees will open in March.
