Your building is alive. Everyday, its energy and resource consumption changes, along with the people it hosts. So, how do you know how your building is performing, right now?

The LEED Dynamic Plaque is a global building performance monitoring and scoring platform. It generates a current building performance score out of 100, helps you achieve LEED certification or recertification and enables you to benchmark your performance.

The performance score reflects the most recent building data available. It measures five categories: energy, water, waste, transportation and human experience, and it includes up to 10 base points based on the LEED strategies you’ve pursued.

The LEED Dynamic Plaque has two components:

  1. Its powerful performance software manages your building’s data, giving you the insights you need to continually improve performance, and save money on energy and resources.
  2. The second component is the award-winning display unit. It showcases your current performance to demonstrate your commitment to sustainability and engage the people in your building.

Ready to get started? We’ll help you set up and manage your project at leedon.io. You’ll input 12 months of historic performance data, and enable ongoing tracking. Our flexible platform works with a number of data input options. You can use the plaque to keep your LEED certification current, annually. You’ll submit supporting materials and documentation, in addition to 12 months of tracking with the plaque.

We’re here to help you all along the way. Join the future of green building.
