The per-capita list is based on 2010 U.S. Census data and includes commercial and institutional green building projects that were certified throughout 2013.

The timing of these stats a few weeks ago could not have been more pefect for us (in Maryland) given some legislation being debated! We're number 2! wooohooooo! oh - anyone have some intel on buildings reporting their energy stats? i think philadelphia is doing this? or NYC? merci.
