Review our points breakdown for the LEED v4 credits for Building Operations and Maintenance.

This article is part of a series that provides an overview of the requirements and options in LEED.

In a previous article, we listed the prerequisites, credits and points in the LEED BD+C rating system. This time around, we’re going to focus on LEED for Operations and Maintenance (LEED O+M). This rating system addresses the following existing building project types:

  • Schools
  • Retail
  • Data centers
  • Warehouses and distribution centers
  • Hospitality
  • Existing buildings (everything not covered in the bullets above)

In the chart below, we’ve outlined all of the prerequisites and credits as well as the maximum number of points you can earn for each credit in this rating system.
