Exam results are typically updated within 24-48 hours after your exam. If your exam scores haven't updated after 48 hours please accept our sincere apology for the delay and send an email to exam@gbci.org with your name, email address and one of the following pieces of information: Your score results from Prometric, Eligibility ID: Appointment ID: Appointment Date: Test Site: GBCI (Business Partner) Number: We will be glad to update your exam results. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to your response.

Same issue as others... I took my LEED GA exam a few days ago and passed. When will this show up in my credentials? How can I denote (on resume's and such) that I am LEED GA? Thanks for any help Curt

I took the LEED Green Associate exam last October 28th and I passed, but haven´t had any confirmation yet; I send an email from Contact Us, and haven't had any answer. What really worries me is that in My Credentials it appears as if I hadn't taken any exam at all or even apply for it, what should I do?

I also took my green associates exam over two weeks ago and haven't received any email or confirmation in my credential. I have contact gbci by email but haven't heard back. I would like the green associate to show up in my credential so I can apply for the LEED AP exam

Michael, you should have been contacted by a customer service rep by now. The Credentials account will be live tonight at www.usgbc.org/account/credentials and you will be able to schedule your LEED AP exam.

Erin, It is going on to 4 weeks now since I took the exam (11th October), and still don't see anything. I was asked to send in my print out from prometric to exam@gbci.org, which I did over a week ago and never heard back from anyone. Now with the new credential account at usgbc it shows that I haven't taken any exams and to take the green associates I would have to pay $250, which I don't understand because I have already paid the $50 register fee and the $200 for the exam. This is getting frustrating because I need to move on and take the LEED AP for work and I am stuck. Do you know if this problem is getting looked into, because it seem that I am not the only one. It also seem that the people who answer the phones at GBCI can't give me a straight answer on the problem.

It is all fixed now, exam shows in my credentials. Now onto LEED AP
