I passed the LEED Green Associate exam on Dec 30, and it does not show on my credentials yet. In this period I applied for a Combined core & specialty exam and cancelled it careless about the details, which made a loss of 400 dollar. I can't apply for any specialty exam now. Can you please update my credentials? thanks!

cibiselvam M, exam results are typically updated within 24-48 hours after your exam. I checked your account this afternoon and it does appear your credentials are now showing on your account. You should be able to log into your USGBC account and download a copy of your LEED Green Associate certificate and schedule a LEED AP specialty exam if you would like. I apologize for the inconvenience the delay may have caused. Congratulations on passing your exam!

I've passed my LEED GA exam on 6th Sept 2015, but still it hasn't been added to My Credentials until now.. what shall be done to get it updated? Thanks in advance.

Several LEED candidates reported the same issue as you were having the weekend of September 5 & 6. There appears to have been an issue within Prometric that wasn't allowing their system to communicate results with ours. The problem has been resolved and your credentials have been awarded. You can now log into your USGBC account and see your credentials as well as print a certificate or schedule a LEED AP with Specialty exam if you want. Again, our sincere apologies for the delay and any problems it may have caused. Congratulations on your achievement and thank you for your commitment as a LEED Professional.

I am pass in LEED GA , I want to get AP BD+C , but I didn't work in project registration for LEED .what can I do?
LEED Specialist, U.S. Green Building Council
Under eligibility requirements in the new candidate handbook for LEED v4 BD + C it now states that prior LEED project experience is ONLY strongly recommended. Practitioner experience is critical to the LEED AP designation and, as such, project proficiency will be tested objectively within the LEED AP with specialty exam itself. It isn't required anymore that you have project experience. Best wishes on your LEED v4 BD+C exam should you decide to test.

I took the LEED Green Associate exam last October 28th and I passed, but haven´t had any confirmation yet; I send an email from Contact Us, and haven't had any answer. What really worries me is that in My Credentials it appears as if I hadn't taken any exam at all or even apply for it, what should I do?
Interior Architect, Havenly

I also took my green associates exam over two weeks ago and haven't received any email or confirmation in my credential. I have contact gbci by email but haven't heard back. I would like the green associate to show up in my credential so I can apply for the LEED AP exam
Industry Marketing Manager - Building Design, Autodesk
Michael, you should have been contacted by a customer service rep by now. The Credentials account will be live tonight at www.usgbc.org/account/credentials and you will be able to schedule your LEED AP exam.

Erin, It is going on to 4 weeks now since I took the exam (11th October), and still don't see anything. I was asked to send in my print out from prometric to exam@gbci.org, which I did over a week ago and never heard back from anyone. Now with the new credential account at usgbc it shows that I haven't taken any exams and to take the green associates I would have to pay $250, which I don't understand because I have already paid the $50 register fee and the $200 for the exam. This is getting frustrating because I need to move on and take the LEED AP for work and I am stuck. Do you know if this problem is getting looked into, because it seem that I am not the only one. It also seem that the people who answer the phones at GBCI can't give me a straight answer on the problem.
Project Manager, John Cotton Architects
It is all fixed now, exam shows in my credentials. Now onto LEED AP

I sent an email through the contact us form about this and havent received a reply either. Should I be worried? Are the updates to the system related to this? Thanks in advance for your help.
Industry Marketing Manager - Building Design, Autodesk
Christian, congratulations on passing your exam. The Credentials account will be live tonight at www.usgbc.org/account/credentials, and you should see your updated information in there.

As we are experiencing high demand on our systems in this last week of the offer, please allow a few weeks for the credits to populate in your credentials account. If you do not see your account updated with your credential at that time, please contact us.
