I also took my green associates exam over two weeks ago and haven't received any email or confirmation in my credential. I have contact gbci by email but haven't heard back. I would like the green associate to show up in my credential so I can apply for the LEED AP exam

Erin, It is going on to 4 weeks now since I took the exam (11th October), and still don't see anything. I was asked to send in my print out from prometric to, which I did over a week ago and never heard back from anyone. Now with the new credential account at usgbc it shows that I haven't taken any exams and to take the green associates I would have to pay $250, which I don't understand because I have already paid the $50 register fee and the $200 for the exam. This is getting frustrating because I need to move on and take the LEED AP for work and I am stuck. Do you know if this problem is getting looked into, because it seem that I am not the only one. It also seem that the people who answer the phones at GBCI can't give me a straight answer on the problem.

Hello. I did my LEED AP Homes exam 2 weeks ago. I havent received any email confirmation and my credentials are not updated yet. I passed the exam. I sent an email through the contact us form about this and havent received a reply either. Should I be worried? Are the updates to the system related to this? Thanks in advance for your help.
