USGBC welcomes Detroit and Utah

Published on Written by Posted in Community

Today, we are excited to welcome two USGBC communities as integrated regions of USGBC national. Please join us in welcoming USGBC Detroit and USGBC Utah!

This transition comes as part of our chapter network evolution, which is piloting a new model for the USGBC community and local market engagement. This will provide an exciting opportunity for our local USGBC regions to enhance their operations and focus on the mission work that really matters.

“On behalf of all of us at USGBC national, I extend our warmest welcome the integrated regions,” said Rick Fedrizzi, USGBC CEO and founding chairman. “This is the first step in more fully integrating our network of passionate and committed local and regional entities into our national organization so we can better support the work they do on the ground every day to advance green building."
