USGBC Platinum level members enjoy the exclusive benefit of having a dedicated account representative to serve as a single point of contact to efficiently get the information or responses you need. Your representative can:

Your account representative will do their best to satisfy your needs as soon as possible. While we will respond typically within one business day, we can’t guarantee resolution of the issue within a day.
LEED consultation
Your dedicated account representative will support your LEED activities and coordinate consultations with LEED specialists and reviewers. LEED consultations can include the Pre-Submittal Review call, Post Preliminary Review call, Energy Modal Review call, The Review of Annual Activity call or other calls.
Reach out to your dedicated account representative anytime you are interested in a LEED consultation. They are here to assist you (maximum of five calls per company, please).
Public relations support
Make USGBC’s talented public relations team part of your marketing arsenal. As a Platinum level member, you have access to our public relations team who will provide you with up to 20 hours of public relations support each year. They will help promote your organization’s success with LEED. Your exclusive member benefits and resources are available for all of your full-time employees. This includes access to valuable LEED courses and credential maintenance webinars.
As a member, you have designated one primary contact who has been assigned your USGBC member ID. Simply distribute this member ID to all full-time employees who can then go to USGBC.org and create their own site user account and individual profile.

- Go to the Organization profile section of your USGBC.org account
- Select “Visible” in the Public directory listing

Our platinum member levels receive priority consideration to participate in activities such as plaque presentations, tours of the USGBC headquarters and visits from USGBC delegations.
When your company invites a high-level USGBC staff member to your event, your account manager will do their best to accomodate this request, with travel costs reimbursed by you. If no one from USGBC is available, we will work with our chapters to send local representation.

As a USGBC member administrator or employee, you can use the webinar instructions to gain access to the entire library of professional content.
Administrators
After registering or renewing your membership, your organization will automatically receive the corporate webinar subscription package. Your self-designated USGBC membership primary contact will be the administrator for USGBC webinars and will share webinar access with your employees. Access visual instructions.
Step 1: Set up your organization’s webinar account
As the administrator, access the webinar portal via http://usgbc.peachnewmedia.com and follow these instructions:
- Select login
- Sign in using your USGBC.org site user account
- Under “My Firms”, select “Manage”
- Under “Invite Users”, set a password and save
Now that your account is complete, please share the passcode and URL with your employees.
Step 2: Set up individual employee webinar accounts
Individual employees must set up their own webinar accounts to view USGBC’s credential maintenance webinars. Employees will need to:
- Follow the link provided to you by your organization’s administrator
- Enter your password. Congratulations, you are now signed up to access USGBC webinars.
Step 3: Get started! Access USGBC webinars
- Go to the webinar portal: usgbc.peachnewmedia.com
- Select “USGBC Login” (top right of the page)
- Enter your username and password
- Select “Online Portal Home” (top of the page)
- Browse the library to find a session you are interested in viewing.
- Select, “More Info”
- Select “Register” (under “Click here to view this webinar using your USGBC subscription”)
- Within the Access Subscription Content window, select “Continue”
