One of the perceived challenges to green construction and renovations is the ability to receive financing. The role of the real estate appraiser is central to this process. This "program" (ideally, a business or lunch meeting presentation, but also doable as a panel presentation) is intended to focus the green practioner on the valuation implications of properties constructed to sustainable building standards, and position them to assist the appraiser in the valuation assignment.
