The course is very helpful to uderstand the importance for healthy environment inside the house andvarious items that affects the environment within the house.

Sustainability Specialist, HGA Architects and Engineers

Overall a good description of the airPLUS program and the unique requirements it places above/beyond Energy Star. At times, the course skims over the related standards without any reference to what those standards include. While most are general standards an intermediate viewer would be familiar with, several are very specific/focused and may not be as commonly known. The pencil-drawings are nicely detailed and help give a good overview of the process, options, and critical path items for designers and builders.

This course provides a description of the Indoor airPLUS program through a description of residential construction sequences and detailing best-practices. The graphics are descriptive and the strategies are unified in a comprehensive format that addresses how residential construction can impact occupant health.

This is a nice brief but thorough overview, which touches well on the overlap with Energy Star 3 as well as clarifying which items are rater versus builder verified. The EPA images are a little dated, but the content is very helpful as a primer or reminder.
