Hi! I would like to request assistance with the following: I took the course on 4/10/16; passed with 79% and received a certificate, but the credits are not showing up yet in my profile (CE credits). Please let me know. Thanks so much!

Membership, Credentialing, and Education Specialist, U.S. Green Building Council

Hi Hector, Thanks for your question. As long as you passed the course those CE hours should automatically upload (typically the passing grade is 80% on the quizzes - if it allows you to take the quiz again, you may try repeating the quiz). There could also be a slight delay in the upload. I would recommend that you check again. If they still aren't there you can always manually add the CE hours by logging into your USGBC account and going to the credentials section. There you will see an option to "Add CE Activity." You will want to note the name and GBCI number for the course. I hope that helps. If you have specific questions about your account please submit an inquiry at http://www.usgbc.org/contactus. Thanks!

Course content is good; However there seems to be a bug in the presentation or in (Microsoft Edge). It kept hanging and I had to restart it from the beginning.

I took this course back on January 04/16. The system told me I passed with 79% and allowed me to download the certificate. I'm not able to re-take the test and have not gotten credit for the hours, Can you help me?

Hi Jose,

We looked at your account and it appears the CE hours uploaded to your account, so the issue seems to have resolved itself. If you have any additional concerns, please let me know. Thanks!
