GBRI’s LEED Project Experience is a distinctive program offered for green building professionals seeking experience on a LEED-registered project for resume experience or for earning upto 10 LEED CE Hours and AIA HSWs. The Project Experience program is also ideal for professionals looking for practical application based learning. We have strategically designed our LEED Project Experience program to enable students to grasp LEED v3 and v4 credit intents, requirements, reference standards, calculations, strategies, challenges and processes in the background of a registered LEED project.Students will have access to an actual LEED registered project, tools, calculations, plans and other documents.

  1. Participants will gain a better understanding of the credits and policies to consider when focusing on certifying a LEED building.
  2. Participants will be exposed to cutting edge technological tools to help monitor the LEED certification process.
  3. Participants will work on a real LEED registered project with a focus on LEED online documentation.
  4. Participants will learn how advanced strategies for sustainable design can be documented in order to receive LEED credits.

Hi Nancy, According to Credential Maintenance Program (http://www.usgbc.org/resources/cmp-guide),
work on a project registered for LEED certification will count for 1 CE hour per credit. Project administrators can claim an additional 2 CE hours per project.
