Video didn't work 100% of the time. Some slides were repetitive. But, topic was good.

The Narrators present the course quite well. Their diction is very good, devoid of extraneous jargon, and is clear and concise. The slides are the weakest part of this presentation, for they are largely "nondescript", consisting of unlabled icons, untitled lists, and disjointed statements. They are weak learning tools. The slides could be enhanced greatly if, at the top of each slide, was the Title of each Credit -- and Option Title -- that the slide was related to. This enhancement alone would greatly improve the learning process. To show a slide with an uncaptioned icon, or a phrase without any indication as to which Credit it refers to, places high reliance on the narration for understanding of the icon or phrase -- but why thus belabor the learning process, when, by simply placing the Credit/Option Title in the upper left corner of a slide would greatly enhance the learning process? Come on you guys at USGBC, your are big boys and girls; we LEED-AP's should not have to remind you to do things like this.

A very well communicated course with a lot of great content. The content was very condensed which made it challenging to retain though it tied very well the intent and philosophy to the measurable performance requirements.

This course is for BD+C and ID+C, but you get a LEED specific CE credit for O+M?

Membership, Credentialing, and Education Specialist, U.S. Green Building Council

Hi Ryan, Thank you for your question. Yes, you will get O+M LEED specific credit for this course. The LEED icons next to the course are indicators of the CE credit you will receive for completing the course. I hope that helps!
