This course is a good introduction to PEER rating system and its relationship with the LEED certification system. Nowadays technological innovations in the electrical distribution field provides tools to enhance global effeiciency. PEER gives a framework to understand the principles and concepts involved in this topic. I recommend this course to all building professionals interested in finding out what PEER certification is about.

Appreciate the training and concept. Some areas of the presentation could probably discuss the details of statements made. For the carbon accounting side of things, maybe look into the Scope 2 market changes over the past year as a related initiative that may provide data over time.

good prep for exam but exam in general has some questions that are worded in a confusing manner. Thistakes a good amount of focus away from the content of the material and puts it toward test taking strategy. Ithink all the focus should be placed on, "Did you learn the content you were supposed to from this course?", rather than,'"Did I make sure to select two or three answers and not just one?

New rating system is interesting. I hope this gains more steam in the philippines just like LEED. however, this will depend on availability and cost of renewable energy sources such as solar panels enough to power say a campus/university.
