Mark your calendars for Wednesday, Jan. 25 for a free Benchmarking Data Jam focused on multifamily buildings, hosted by Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) in partnership with the Kansas City Energy Project and USGBC Central Plains.
During this half-day event in Kansas City, Missouri, you'll receive an introduction to benchmarking and the ENERGYSTAR® Portfolio Manager (ESPM) tool. You'll also get hands-on assistance building a property profile and entering energy and water consumption information into ESPM.
Summary compliance information on the Kansas City, Missouri Energy Empowerment Ordinance will also be shared (this policy pertains to buildings in the City of Kansas City, Missouri over 50,000 square feet).
Registration is limited to individuals directly responsible for multifamily buildings, such as owners, managers and facility staff.
The Data Jam is free, but space is limited. All levels of experience with benchmarking and energy management are welcome. Please plan to bring your own laptop and register early so we can help you obtain the information needed prior to the event.
Not directly responsible for a multifamily building but want to help out at the Data Jam? The Data Jam event is looking for a few more volunteers to help multifamily buildings benchmark in ESPM.
General knowledge of ESPM is required. For more information, please contact Jennifer Gunby.
