Register for event

The City of Fort Collins’ Utilities Administration Building demonstrates how an engaged client, design team, operations team, and occupants can work together to ensure that a high-performance building operates as designed.

Hear from the integrated project team that created one of Colorado’s first LEED v4 Platinum building about how, two years post-construction, this building still stands true to the team’s original energy goals, and has illustrated the powerful synergies between energy, employee, and organizational performance.

Panelists will include Brian Hergott and John Phelan, Facilities Project Manager and Resource Conservation Manager for Fort Collins Utilities; Dominic Weilminster representing Stantec, the project architect; and Brian Dunbar, representing the Institute for the Built Environment, which served as the LEED consultant.
