Climate change is real. Election day is soon. The science of how and why our planet is changing isn't up for debate anymore, and the benefits of addressing it have become clear. Now we need a healthy dialogue about the best strategies for solving it. What role should our city play in averting catastrophic climate change?

USGBC has invited all candidates for mayor and council to participate in this urgent discussion on climate change and the role of the DC government with regard to resilience, economic development, housing, and transportation. Join us on October 23rd at the LEED Platinum Dunbar High School in Truxton Circle. Share this event and spread the word on this critical issue!

This event is free and open to all. Registration through Eventbrite is encouraged, but not required for attendance.
