Join USGBC Minnesota at Boom Island Park for the 5K Bee Fun Run and Walk. This event is free and is open to all ages. This event will support the creation of a pollinator pathway along the Mississippi River! USGBC Minnesota will have a banner at the park for you to gather with other USGBC participants prior to the run.

Then drive, bike, run, walk, or roll over to Theodore Wirth Regional Park for an Earth Day Cleanup. Bring gloves and compostable bags! A site coordinator will provide you with supplies if you forget, and they will instruct you where to go and where to leave trash! We will have a large USGBC sign near the coordinator table so you can meet up with other USGBC volunteers! USGBC will provide light snacks and water.

We encourage you to bring family and friends!

You do not need to participate in both events - Please indicate in your registration which events you plan to join us at.

USGBC Minnesota's participation in Earth Day 2018 is brought to you by the USGBC Minnesota Emerging Professionals Committee. If you are intersted in getting more involved with the Emerging Professionals, please reach out to Brent Suski.
