Looking to renovate your home but want to ensure the materials you use are safe, less toxic and environmentally sensitive?

Are you sometimes confused by the myriad of green labels and certifications on products and want to know which ones are legitimate? If so, plan to attend our Green Home Renovations Seminar.

Lynne Templeton of Renewal Sustainable Environments, a green building material supply store in Wayne, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia suburbs), will be our featured presenter. She will talk about the reasons why you should renovate green, the various labels and certifications on products, as well as the environmental & health benefits of specific materials.

You will also get a chance to see and touch these materials. Our USGBC Central Pennsylvania Director Heidi Kunsch-Kunka will begin the seminar by sharing how she renovated her home in a green manner.

Your registration fee supports USGBC Central Pennsylvania and also includes a light dinner (sandwiches, salads, and beverages) from our venue, Cornerstone Coffeehouse.

Agenda
