Description: This full day course will introduce you to the Core Concepts of LEED and also prepare you to take the LEED Green Associate Exam. It covers the LEED rating system, green design, exam tips, and practice questions. It includes the LEED v4 material.
Who Should Take: Architects, Engineers, Building Facility Managers, Materials Suppliers, Real Estate Agents, Government Regulators, and Owners.
Cost: $125/person. Payment must be made online or by check at door. Must reserve a seat, no walkins.
Pre- Requisite: None. This is a first level introductory course.

Study Guides: It is strongly suggested that students have access to the LEED Green Associate Study Guide and Green Building Core Concepts books to review on their own before taking the LEED Green Associate exam. Check around your office and see if you can borrow these to bring to class. We do have a limited number of the Study Guide/Core Concepts bundle available for sale at $125.00.
Exam Cost: Register on your own and schedule the Exam later at www.usgbc.org. Exam is 2 hours, 100 questions. Fees for Exam Registration, $200 and up.

Scholarships: 2 Scholarships are available to cover the exam prep class and study guides for students, EP and under-represented groups. You would still need to pay your own LEED Green Associate Exam fee later if you want to take the exam.
Continuing Education: Approved for 7 hours AIA HSW/SD and PE, and Appraisers.
LEED Exam Prep does NOT qualify for GBCI Continuing Education.
