Phil Stien and Shona O'Dea of DLR Group will discuss the process of LEED certification for three separate components of the Mall of America expansion project: the retail addition, the office building, and the JW Marriott hotel.
Nathan Klutz, construction director for the mall, will also be present to detail the owner's commitment to LEED building certification and explain the sustainable components of the building's operation.
