After years of success nationwide, Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing has come to Maryland! PACE allows for the cost of improvements to be tied to a commercial building over an extended term to provide building owners with access flexible, upfront financing for building improvements.
Since 2014, county by county, PACE has been spreading across the Free State. Gerard Neely from PACE Financial Servicing and John Stroud from Greenworks Lending will walk through developments from the PACE world nationwide and at a state level. They will also discuss the anticipated plan for PACE implementation in Baltimore, in advance of the September hearings regarding City of Baltimore Council Bill 16-0692.
