USGBC Northern California members are invited to gather with the AEC community and sustainability professionals at the Florin Perkins Public Disposal Site in Sacramento, California, on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017 from 1-2:30 p.m. We will tour the facility then present a panel discussion with experts from the materials recovery sector, followed by a moderated Q&A session.

- Amanda Kaminsky, Building Product Ecosystems: "Wallboard recycling initiative; innovations on a particular material challenge; upstream impacts to air quality and health from downstream material usage."
- Carrie Castro, Moon-lit Consulting (formerly of Compology): "Introducing tech innovation and disruption to a historically low-tech industry."
Two hours of LEED CEUs/GBCI credit available. Participants will enjoy refreshments, donated by the Zanker team.
