Dale Benz is the Supervisor of Real Estate and Facilities Planning at Arizona Public Service. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Facility Manager. The majority of his professional experience pertains to optimizing the built environment encompassing both existing and new facilities. Dale is the current USGBC Arizona Treasurer and has served on the Board of Directors since January 2015. He also sits on IFMA's Utility Council Board and has served as the Web chair since 2013.
Dorie Morales is the publisher and CEO of Green Living magazine, the state's only eco-conscious lifestyle magazine. Prior to owning her own magazine, Dorie cut her teeth in the publishing industry as a sales representative at the Apartment Guide in Tucson in 1997. Soon after starting, she was recognized for her tenacious can-do attitude and thus promoted to position of publisher of the company's Tucson office. In 2004, Dorie went on to partner in the start-up of a new print publication called Apartment Showcase. As publisher and CEO, she is deeply entwined in the local "green scene" and heavily involved with the Phoenix Green Chamber, Arizona Forward, Local First and the USGBC. She has served on the Environmental Excellence Awards committee, currently sits on the board of the Green Chamber's Phoenix Chapter, sat on the board of the Central branch of USGBC Arizona and is on the board of USGBC Arizona.
