Please join the USGBC North Carolina Cape Fear Branch as we present the science of climate change in a rapidly changing world. Coastal communities are some of the most vulnerable to the effects of emerging weather patterns and sea level rise.

While it is impossible to predict the future, we can take an interdisciplinary approach toward understanding these complex systems and inform design, development and planning strategies. This is the first, in a series of events, aimed to explore ways a community of stakeholders can work together to adapt to a changing environment, while reducing overall impact.
