With the full implementation of LEED v4 in October 2016, we'll explore its benefits, strategies and outcomes, performance goals and criteria.
We'll also review resources and recommendations for adding revised language in the construction documents and access to resource forms and checklists to complement the process.

Speaker: Wade Bevier, FCSI, CCS, LEED AP BD+C
Bevier is member of a four-person team of dedicated specifiers supporting 10 SmithGroupJJR Architectural/Engineering offices across the nation, as an Associate and Construction Specifications Manager working for the Washington DC office.
Wade is charged as the firms specifications editor to include Sustainable Design related content in the office generated specification master documents used throughout the firm's network.
As a member of the SmithGroupJJR Sustainable Design Committee, Wade is charged with developing enhanced sustainable design language, assisting in the selection of the appropriate materials, and is directly involved with researching the related material and product materials transparency attributes; to then incorporate the selected materials in designated high performance projects and as standards of care within the firm. Wade is a past president of the Raleigh Durham CSI chapter and Institute Director representing the Southeast Region and is currently the President for the Southeast Region.
