Looking to learn more about LEED v4, the latest version of LEED? Register today for a half-day workshop on Tuesday, Feb. 28 by Senior Vice President Lynn N. Simon of Thornton Tomasetti at the Nevada Discovery Museum in Reno.
As one of only 100 global projects that participated in the LEED v4 Beta Program, Thornton Tomasetti achieved LEED v4 for Commercial Interiors platinum certification in August 2016 for their San Francisco office.
Simon will describe the benefits and lessons learned in participating in LEED v4. She also will share a brief history of green building and an overview of new sustainability certification rating systems, such as WELL.
From this workshop, you'll gain a better understanding about healthy materials; building enclosure commissioning; life cycle assessment; and why collaboration, performance and well-being are important to LEED v4.
