As lead architect and project team administrator of the Hau’oli Mau Loa project; Phillip J Camp has a background rooted in large commercial office development and mixed-use, multifamily design. After working with firms in California and Hawaii, Mr. Camp wanted to refocus his abilities to concentrate on projects that desired design and construction knowledge as opposed to projects that are driven solely by maximizing square footage for a given program.
