In 2004, Schickel Design renovated this 1850s rowhouse into two apartments and a ground-floor office. Lohre renovated the second-floor apartment into a commercial office that achieved LEED Platinum. The urban location offers easy access to public transportation, entertainment, institutions, and community services.
