Am I the only one allowed to renew the company membership?
Answer
No, unless auto-renewal selected during the registration process. If auto-renewal was selected, the same credit card will be charged. This means the individual who initialized registration will remain the primary contact. He or she will be the only person alerted of the renewal process.
If the individual who registered the company did not select auto-renewal during the registration process, all employees connected to the member account will receive a renewal reminder notification 90 days before your company’s renewal deadline. Any employee can renew. Keep in mind, though, that the employee who renews your company’s membership automatically becomes our primary contact for your company’s account.
