The USGBC Bylaws identify a composition of 15 elected directorships, representative of perspectives agreed upon by the Board and elected by USGBC members; 5 appointed directorships, representative of perspectives agreed upon by the Board and elected by USGBC Board members; Officers, and the President/CEO who serves as a non-voting member of the Board.
