How are project teams set up in the new LEED Online and how is this different from LEED Online v3?
Within the new LEED online, a single project team must be set up at the Campus level. All of the individuals on the project team have access to all of the projects within that Campus. There are no project teams specific to the projects (including Master Sites, individual campus projects, and group projects) contained within that Campus. This is different from LEED Online v3, in which each project contained within a Campus (or a block) had its own specific project team, and there was no Campus-level (or block-level) project team.
- I have four commercial interior spaces, all owned by the same entity and located in the same building. Do I have to use the guidance outlined in the AGMBC or can I register these as one project?
- Can I receive a LEED Certification for my master site?
- My LEED campus boundary includes both projects using different rating systems. Can I use the same master site to document campus credits for all buildings within my LEED campus boundary?
