How do I get a refund for Tax Exempt status?

Tax Exempt status only applies to reference guide orders – none of our other products are charged sales tax. If you ordered a reference guide and should have gotten tax exempt pricing, please email [email protected] and attach your tax exempt certificate to the email. We will be in touch regarding the refund.
