I joined the wrong chapter. What do I do?

Please email our membership customer service department at [email protected]. They handle mistakes made during the registration process. Please note that refunds and cancellations are only made in cases of having mistakenly joined the wrong chapter and USGBC must be notified within five business days of the error.
