Why isn’t my personal profile showing up in the directory?
Answer
To have a personal profile in the directory, you must be a USGBC member, either at the individual level through a chapter or at the company level through your employer. If your chapter membership expires and you are not connected to a member company, or if your company’s membership expires, your profile will no longer display in the directory.
To secure a spot in our directory, you have three options:
- Join a chapter.
- Connect to your company’s membership.
- Renew your company’s membership.
Once membership is established, you must decide whether or not you want your name listed in the public directory. If you choose to make your name visible, you will then be given the option to have a profile. A profile will automatically be created once the required information is filled out (add a photo and complete your bio).
