Application options for Design and Construction
Submitting your application for split review
Projects teams can split their review process into two – a design review and a construction review. The split review helps projects determine if their project is on track to achieve LEED certification at its preferred level. This process is available for projects using LEED for New Construction, LEED for Core & Shell, LEED for Schools and LEED for Retail.
- Submitted application documentation is reviewed for completeness and compliance with the appropriate LEED rating system. Review team responds with its preliminary design review, indicating which prerequisites and credits are anticipated, pending or denied, and if the project information is approved or not approved
- Project teams have the option to accept the results of the preliminary design review as final, or submit a response
