Application options for Operations and Maintenance

Submitting your application for certification review

The certification review path and timeline is available to projects using LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance.

    Part 1: Preliminary Review

  • Submitted application documentation is reviewed for completeness and compliance with the appropriate LEED rating system
  • Review team responds with its preliminary review, indicating which prerequisites and credits are anticipated, pending or denied
  • Project teams can either accept the results of the preliminary review as final, or submit a response during the final review

    Part 2: Final Review (optional)

    • Reviewed prerequisite and credits are either awarded or denied, and project information forms are either approved or not approved.
Submit your application
Make sure your application is submitted before the rating system sunset date. Specific terms are available in the LEED Certification Policy Manual.
