Submitting your application for certification review
The certification review path and timeline is available to projects using LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance.
- Submitted application documentation is reviewed for completeness and compliance with the appropriate LEED rating system
- Review team responds with its preliminary review, indicating which prerequisites and credits are anticipated, pending or denied
- Project teams can either accept the results of the preliminary review as final, or submit a response during the final review
Part 1: Preliminary Review
- Reviewed prerequisite and credits are either awarded or denied, and project information forms are either approved or not approved.
Part 2: Final Review (optional)
Submit your application
Make sure your application is submitted before the rating system sunset date. Specific terms are available in the LEED Certification Policy Manual.
