Building Commissioning, LLC

The firm was founded in 2002 by Robert Berry for the sole purpose of providing Commissioning Services directly for building owners, primarily those that build many buildings and recognize the on-going need for these types of services. These owners have recognized that in spite of the quality efforts of both design and construction firms, commissioning services bring an added value that the building environmental systems operate efficiently and effectively as soon as the occupants move in.
