Carmel licenses and develops mobile and web-based building analysis software for the building services industry. Clients include Mitsubishi Electric, Trane Corporation, Portland Energy Conservation, Inc., Rinnai America, Johnstone Supply, the U.S. Department of Energy, Advantix Systems, DNV KEMA, and others.

Carmel Software has been developing and selling HVAC and building energy
analysis/auditing software for over 15 years. In 2008, Carmel sold its
engineering analysis applications and software code base to Autodesk, the
makers of AutoCAD. Currently, Carmel's analysis code is used to power the
analysis capabilities of Autodesk Revit.
Carmel is now focusing its efforts on licensing and developing mobile and
tablet-based software for the building services industry. Clients include
Mitsubishi Electric, Trane Corporation, Portland Energy Conservation, Inc.,
Rinnai America, Johnstone Supply, the U.S. Department of Energy, Advantix
Systems, DNV KEMA, and others.
