Catalyst Partners is a multi-dimensional consortium of knowledge leaders. We provide certification administration, energy assessment, modeling and commissioning services in support of restorative design and construction practices including LEED, BREEAM, Energy Star, Living Building Challenge and Enterprise Green Communities rating systems. We assist project teams in understanding, implementing, and documenting associated requirements. Our team of credentialed professionals includes Environmental, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and Architectural and Interior Designers who keep current on the constantly evolving standards through volunteer participation on U.S. Green Building Council and our work with the Green Building Certification Institute.

Catalyst Partners’ work encompasses projects with companies of all sizes
from coast to coast and internationally. We have extensive background in the
office furniture, textiles, interior design, and building construction
industries in particular. We have also worked within the hospitality
industry, retail and academic/research sectors. A complete list of our
clients and assignments is available upon request.
Our team members have completed over 100 LEED Certifications using all rating
systems with many additional projects registered. We are experienced with
many leading standards including all LEED rating systems and, in a supporting
role with USGBC, have managed the development of LEED for Commercial
Interiors and participated in the LEED Volume pilot program. In addition we
are proud to be a part of the team of experts providing project review
services to the Green Building Certification Institute and have provided over
2300 individual LEED project reviews to GBCI since January 2009.
