Drawing Conclusions LLC is a multi-disciplinary, community oriented architectural firm. Leading by example through the power of one as a multiplier for change, we use the built environment as a platform upon which the next steps can be realized. Building is used both as a noun and verb to become the driver effectively dissecting current systems providing for the re-layering of information and priorities creating a model for sustainability that lives in real time challenging both precepts and possibilities.

Buildings, no longer permitted the luxury of protective structure only must
directly contribute to life’s essential resources: clean water, air, local
food, biodiversity, energy generation, celebrate the arts, social justice,
cultural diversity, leadership, economic revitalization and equalizer. This
is realized through the firm’s sustainable initiatives in cutting edge
design, LEED project management, consultation, LEED instruction, educational
programs, community outreach and engagement. We are currently designing a
localized prototypical urban “mini city” project focused through the lens
of sustainability, climate change and sea level rise in South Florida to
serve as a “living’ research center, economic and job generator.
Passionately committed to sustainability, there is no such thing as
“problems” or “business as usual” only challenging opportunities
where sustainability becomes the norm.
Designing for the future utilizing …
… holistic 3-D helical visioning
… activated planar architecture
In a region hardest hit by the economy, with construction jobs the lowest in
the nation, we are 100% committed to promoting architecture and the
architectural profession. Students graduating from local architecture schools
must be retained and connected with experienced professionals to insure the
flow of ideas. Architects must once again find their place in being visionary
leaders of society embracing community and sustainability.
