Guardian Service Industries, Inc. was established in 1918 as Empire Window Cleaning. Today we are a multi-million dollar premier janitorial services company that specializes in providing high-quality, customized cleaning services to high-profile properties across the tri-state area. For the last 94 years Guardian has been continually improving and vertically integrating its service line offerings in facility maintenance. Our other service areas include security guard services, window cleaning, pest control, operations and management and lighting. The growth of these service entities was fueled in large part, by the requests of our customers. By grouping (or “integrating”) a variety of services together, our clients have enjoyed increased cost efficiencies. Guardian is able to reduce overall administrative and site management costs and pass this savings on to our customers.
