IKASA was established on 7 April 1970 as a real estate agency in Spain. Ever since the company was founded, it has always operated within the real estate industry in the region of Madrid (Community of Madrid). Nowadays IKASA has become a benchmark in the Northern part of the region and operates mainly in Las Rozas de Madrid’s area.
The company still continues to be a family business and it is now run by the second generation.
