Kath Williams has worked since 1994 to support USGBC because she believes in the mission of market transformation to sustainability. The power in volunteerism and leadership by a diverse team of passionate experts has proven there is a way to make a difference and change the world. These aren't just clichés. Kath Williams + Associates is proud to be part of and share the work of USGBC, with a focus to provide support for green building projects around the world. KW+A is honored to have worked with committed project owners and teams.

Kath was named LEED Fellow in 2011. The KW+A team provides consulting
services from preliminary LEED analysis, design team selection and
sustainability charrettes through complete documentation for LEED rating
systems. Specialties include new construction, core and shell, commercial
interiors and existing buildings: operations and maintenance.
KW+A's experience in international projects has brought value to emerging
projects both in USA and globally. She was inducted into the India Green
Building Hall of Fame in 2013, honoring her for continuous and on-going work
in green building and LEED across that country.
Experience in national parks is can be applied from master planning processes
to master site documentation because of lessons learned from the challenges
of bringing together pristine ecosystems and appropriate built environment
Kath is known for her engaging and enthusiastic teaching style in corporate, university, and private firm workshops on LEED and for exam preparation. She supports her clients with on-going, current educational programs as appropriate for learners' knowledge and experience levels in sustainability.
