We evaluate markets and project opportunities, develop strategies, prepare pro forma financial statements, negotiate agreements, supervise engineers and contractors, and prepare LEED documentation. We have managed the “public face of projects,” representing development initiatives in public meetings and with governmental organizations. Konstrukt also consults in the areas of strategic planning, performance measurement, and the creation of new energy-related products and services.
